Carmen interviews accomplished, Perth-born vocalist, guitarist and songwriter, Katy Steele.

• Katy Steele is an accomplished guitarist, vocalist and songwriter. In 2001 she was associated with the bands, The Plastik Scene and Little Birdy.
• Katy Steele moved to New York in March 2010 for a change of scenery, during her short time in New York, she had started to work on her new solo project.
• Katy Steele will be performing on the 2015 Celebrate WA’s State of The Art Music Festival on Saturday, 30th May.
