Nikki visits an award-winning brewery where carbon-neutral beers are crafted from farm-grown ingredients on their off-grid Jindong brewery.

• The brewery began on a former dairy farm in Jindong near Busselton (in the Margaret River region), before expanding beyond its Southwest roots.
• Rocky Ridge is recognised for its sustainability: their Jindong facility runs off-grid (solar & battery), uses farm-grown ingredients (grain, hops, yeast), and emphasises environmentally friendly practices.
• The brewery produces millions of cans annually (over 3 million per year) and has brewed hundreds of different beers since its founding.
• Rocky Ridge has been recognised repeatedly: it was crowned “WA Champion Large Brewery” for multiple consecutive years (2022, 2023, 2024) and has won many “Champion Beer” awards.
