• Foraged Botanicals: The gin's signature botanicals are hand-picked from their land, adding a unique, local touch to the flavor.
• Hilton’s Unique Approach: Hilton approaches both life and distilling with a desire to improve and innovate, challenging traditional methods and seeking solutions to problems.
• Civil Engineering Expertise: Hilton used his background in civil engineering to design and build a copper still, leading to the creation of unique and special gin.
• Expert Still Maker: Hilton has designed stills for around 80 distilleries in Australia, 3 in New Zealand, and one in the USA, with his distillery being the only one that manufactures copper stills in-house.
• Passion for Whisky: With Scottish heritage, Hilton was destined to create single malt whisky, using traditional methods like mashing, fermenting, and barrel aging for 2 years.
