  • The Perth Mint, with a 125-year history, produced 106 million gold sovereigns and 735,000 half sovereigns from 1899 to 1931, displaying the first-ever sovereign from 1899 with Queen Victoria's effigy in The Perth Mint Gold Exhibition.
  • Celebrating its 125th anniversary in 2024, The Perth Mint's minting history includes producing monarchs' effigies on Australian coins, from Queen Victoria to the upcoming King Charles III.
  • The Live Gold Pour attraction offers a glimpse into the historic melting house, showcasing the transformation of liquid gold into a solid bar, including a famous 200oz gold bar melted 49 times a week since 1993.
  • Personalised medallions are available for visitors to create unique mementos or gifts, with various materials like aluminium bronze, gold plate, pure silver, or pure gold.
  • The iconic Australian Kangaroo One Tonne Gold Coin, weighing one tonne of 99.99% pure gold, is a monumental exhibit valued at over $90 million AUD, permanently displayed in The Perth Mint's Gold Exhibition, along with valuable specimens like King Henry and Karratha Queen nuggets.
