  • Whiteman Park is the perfect destination for a relaxed celebration or fun day out - there is so much to see, do and discover, no matter who you are visiting with!
  • A visit doesn’t have to be expensive. Some of things you can fit in for FREE at Whiteman Park: Go for a nature walk, enjoy a picnic, Do some bird watching , cycle through the banksia woodlands, Find the fauna artworks or go Fairy Door spotting in the Children’s Forest, kids can cool off in the mini pool playground, bring your dog for a walk, climb the lighthouse in Pia’s Place and more!
  • Whiteman Park is home to Woodland Reserve – a predator-proof sanctuary for rare and endangered WA wildlife – and Caversham Wildlife Park. Visit during the day to see Australian icons up close and support the work they do at Caversham, or visit for an evening tour on a Nocturnal Woylie Walk to see native woylies, quenda and more in their natural environment.
  • You can also discover local history and heritage at the three Whiteman Park museums. They are filled with fascinating objects including cars, motorbikes, wagons, bicycles, tractors, farm machinery, and curiosities from Lew Whiteman’s Collection.
  • Aside from the Park’s primary school education programs, the Children’s Forest is full of interpretive signage about our native bushland and its inhabitants, or learn about the bush environment on a Nocturnal Woylie Walk and find out more about the man who the Park was named after at Revolutions Transport Museum and around Mussel Pool’s signage trail.
