  • Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group, owners and operators of The Meat & Wine Co (MWCO), Italian Street Kitchen (ISK), and Hunter & Barrel (H&B), is bringing its premium modern Australian brand, 6HEAD, to Perth.
  • The company opened its renowned brands in Perth to great success; each brand was well-received and loved by locals, creating a following of loyal guests.
  • The dry-aging meat is a highlight of the menu, offering high-end meat from The Mayura Station, such as Full Blood Wagyu Cattle, which are 450-day grain fed with chocolate from a local provider near the Station.
  • These premium cuts are further aged for 45 days in-house, encased in chocolate butter to further accentuate both flavour and texture. The marbling and flavour match the best of the more well-known Japanese A5 Wagyu.
  • 6HEAD is not just for steak lovers! The restaurant offers high-end, locally sourced seafood. Again, working closely with local suppliers such as Finn's Seafood, the 'Raw Bar' will feature Blue Ridge Marron, Fremantle Octopus, East Coast Appellation Oysters, and daily seafood specials, such as raw trout and local scallops to ensure variety for all guests.
  • The 185-seat venue will be open from midday every day and is located in Perth's premium riverside precinct, Elizabeth Quay One, The Esplanade. 6HEAD caters for all dining occasions, from light business lunches to leisurely dinners and special occasions and caters for all dietary requirements.
