There’s a bit of a change in the air, here in the west and its got everything to do with food.

• Take Perth for example, Perth is one of the most isolated capitol cities in the world, but we shouldn’t use it to lower our culinary expectations. We are getting and demanding the latest innovations on the plate.
• Global influences, they become trends in Perth almost immediately, the interesting thing is that they happen in these bars and restaurants that literally just pop up before our very eyes.
• Food is very much about what is fashionable, what’s hot right now is South American Cuisine and shared dining, the Public House Kitchen and Bar in Perth.
• Fancy some late night chow? Food trucks and pop ups are definitely the new ‘hotness’ in terms of venue layout.
• A pop up can be best explained as ‘Here on one day, gone the next’, the Yellow Door is a luxurious pop up that serves top quality drink and food, along with great community dining.
