Amberley goes behind the scenes at Caversham Wildlife Park to discover the dedicated team whose passion, expertise and daily care keep more than 2,000 animals healthy, happy and thriving.

• Caversham Wildlife Park cares for more than 2,000 individual animals across approximately 200 species, with dedicated keepers providing specialist care every day of the year.
• Before the park opens each morning, keepers are busy preparing specialised diets, cleaning enclosures, monitoring animal health and ensuring every animal receives the care it needs.
• The team also supports wildlife rehabilitation, breeding programs, veterinary care and enrichment activities that encourage natural behaviours and promote animal wellbeing.
• Visitors can support the ongoing care of their favourite animals through the park's Animal Adoption Program, while volunteers play an important role across many areas of the park.
• In addition to native wildlife, the park is home to a range of farm animals that require daily feeding, grooming, health checks and ongoing maintenance of their paddocks and enclosures.
• From wildlife keepers and volunteers to grounds and maintenance staff, an experienced team works behind the scenes every day to ensure every animal is healthy, happy and well cared for.
