• Uptown Joondalup transforms into a festive hub, offering a white-Christmas feel north of the river, from libraries filled with Christmas cheer to Santa letter-writing and storytelling sessions.
• On December 16, the library’s “Not-So-Silent Night” brings music, laughter and festive fun, alongside a full calendar of city-wide Christmas events and Friday twilight markets.
• The markets are packed with stocking fillers, handmade local gifts, family activities, themed outfits (even for pets!) and delicious food stalls that make it impossible to leave hungry.
• The Christmas Lights Trail features eight installations across the city centre, an easy 400-metre wander near cafés and restaurants, perfect for photos, families and festive nights out.
• Santa himself makes special appearances throughout the season, adding to the magic as the city buildings light up and Uptown delivers Christmas cheer in true Joondalup style.
