• Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group is the name behind some of your other favourite food brands including Hunter & Barrel Perth, The Meat & Wine Co Perth, and Italian Street Kitchen.
• Laurie Thorpe, the WA state operations manager, has other restaurants across the globe including Dubai and London, but chose Perth because of our love for meat.
• Shane Middleton, one of the chefs, talks about the menu and the variety of steaks available starting from a single steak to 6-8 person sharing steak, and his favourite the Mayura Rump.
• The sommelier Camilla walks us through some of the wines available and their best menu pairings, then Trevor finishes up with a cocktail at the walk-up bar.
