Kalamunda is especially bustling with activity and life during the Farmer’s Market event every Sunday.

• At the Kalamunda Farmer’s Market the produce is local so it hasn’t been frozen for months or travelled hundreds of food miles to get here. That’s real, straight out of the ground freshness.
  
  
• The event is a great way of bringing people together, encouraging us to get out into the sunshine and embrace the fashion idea of what a community is supposed to be.
  
  
• Another great aspect of the Farmer’s Market is not necessarily what the farmers are growing, but how they’re doing it. There’s a lot of conscience and heart attached to this produce, and organic, and even biodynamic growing techniques are quite common here.
